PRI, The Association

PRI is an association of independent accounting and consulting firms linked together for the benefit of members and their clients. The firms have no equity interest in each other and practise under their own names.

Founded in 2003, the association has over 80 offices in more than 40 countries.

The association is operated through a non-profit making company, limited by guarantee.

The policies of PRI are primarily determined by the International Committee, which is made up of elected representatives from the six  geographical areas. All matters fundamentally affecting the association are discussed at area and annual general meetings, and are subject to the approval or rejection of the members, each of whom has one vote.
